I would like to correct you that with the current oil prices and according to their recent presentation (see p.11) the company makes over $450K profit (net margin is over US$80 per bbl) every week (if their production week consists of 5 working days), so it comes to $20M+ profit per year with the current production rate. With an issue of ~240mln shares and it's current capitalization of 240mln * $0.48 = $115mln => the P/E is under 6!!!
