I would say the main risk factors to participating in the NBN at this point are:
1) The Rudd government may get thrown out and NBN abandoned or postponed.
2) The ACCC may not approve the transfer of Telstra's network.
3) SSM may not win the NBN contract.
At best, I read the final contract with Telstra doesn't get signed until 2011. So this stock may be a slow mover based on real performance numbers until then.
