It is a little surprising that more investors are not interested in PVD, although, the poor share price has probably removed the motivation for some.

Fair enough about the escrow if that is the case. Although I would have thought at least some of their shares would not be locked up. Logically, if I was a director and I was leaving a company, I would probably sell some of my holdings. Just prudent in the sense that you are out of loop and decision making.

Perhaps for those that have free shares, yes they would be happy either way, but for the majority of holders, they would be fairly disappointed right now, which again, is why I think its worth taking an initial position.

I will try to measure your responses as simply critical, not negative. Sorry if I implied that you are down on the stock. Being critical is a very valuable trait.

Can I ask whether the deciding factor for you to invest will be share price/market cap, or on managements ability or the oil/gas prospects?
