Your comments are very valid about director resignation and selling. I raised the issue a few weeks ago. Maurico's comments about calling the coy are very, very appropriate here.

If you do call them, you may likely get a sense that there were several pressure issues on the resigning director.

But it in no way deflects the underlying value proposition that is exceptionally laid before us at these prices.

Its your concern, which I respect, so please call DM and/or the resigning director yourself and get back to us if your concerns or suspicions are verified.
