A surprisingly strong quarter given how much pressure the share price is under.
With funds from operations of 18.2 cents a share VCX is cheap - about as cheap as it has been in a long time. Chadstone is a brilliant asset, I am somewhat less enthusiastic about the DFO portfolio although with moving annual turnover up 4.6% they are still performing well.
