    One or more of the larger holders have been trying to get out for some time now for whatever reason.

    They have been feeding the market and pushing the price down.

    Price is now where it should be without todays announcement.

    Over 12% changed hands today so hopefully the only thing holding now is day traders taking a profit.

    Watch it run tomorrow when it gets flogged in the papers to the masses.
