I think you may be wrong in thinking that its a big stretch,
in my view they are miles ahead of the rest, as nobody else has a B cell thearapy in the clinic.
if B cells prove to be as effective as they have shown to be in te preclinical trials, then they will be well ahead of the current leading T cell treatments such as Herceptain which is currently the world leading treatment.
Imugene is near the beginnng an amazing journey
I have no doubt that Imugene will show us what this vaccine and the others following can do.
