Mbalam iron ore: more money for a promising project.

The first stage includes the construction of a 510km railway line between Mbarga in Cameroon,70km to Nabeba and a deep water port.

These projects are expected to be carried out by two Chinese companies, China Harbour Engineering Company and CRCC China Africa Construction.

The two companies, according to a memorandum of understanding signed in 2010,will be responsible for building a deep water port and railway line, and supplying rolling stock for transporting the mined ore.

The injection of the funds further guarantees a smooth start of the exploitation phase of the project which according to projections, effectively begins in 2014.

Experts predict that Sundance will become one of the top ten iron ore producers in the world if the project is successfully carried out.

Accordingly, Sundance Resources Limited shall secure long term supply contracts with major steel producers.

Sundance may not have to fork out any cash.
