they still have unencumbered assets of $US 93 M that could be used as a bond or security against breaking covenants or loaned against to drop the LTV on the distressed properties.
Its likely covenenats are in 2 stages also the first would just freeze distributions the second would break the loan agreement
Have to say I am resting easy not that its a big part of my portfolio
