Back in June I alerted forum members to the possibility of PRR's share price moving up in anticipation of some significant announcements in July. Today's announcement although good was hardly significant. Phase 1 trials are only meant to see that the substance being used doesn't have any bad side effects. Today's movement and volume may suggest that something better may be around the corner. Any thoughts?
