as a mum and dad investor, it is important to know-

1. don't invest in spec stock what you can not lose. DYOR
2. wombat is doing a community service by posting his thoughts which are supported by examples.
3. Dr T is very optimistic about RAC and put his own money in. I would be more worried if he were not positive.
4. RAC HC is very optimistic, and sometimes I wish people would ask more difficult questions, as you have done. BUT in saying that when difficult questions have been asked in the past, they have been answered and could be the reason why everybody is positive.

The market determines the sp. I want it to be $100. I doubt it will reach $100, but I only invested what I could lose.

Speculative stock is just what is in the name, speculative.

My question to you. Did you calculate an sp value for RAC? not being difficult and understand if you wish to share. However, it would be of value to have an alternative valuation. We all can learn through an alternative approach.
