I've been pleasantly surprised that the first few days trading in CBS has seen strong volume and the SP holding up well. The fact that the MD stuck his hand in his pocket and is buying is always re-assuring. The story here is all good; a top class Board led by Albert Wong, a very strong Chinese connection through Albert and the China Railway JV,little sovereign risk with the pro-mining Brazilian Govt,in fact the Govt. is building a rail link straight through the tenements to a purpose built port and lastly the addition of Chris Robinson to the Board is significant. Chris is possibly the finest iron ore geologist in Australia today and could easily pick and chose from any of the iron ore hopefuls. However we need a proven resource and if soil sampling and EM survey results are positive CBS could be massive.
