By the way - this stuff is FREE on their website - you don't have to pay. I just don't want to post the text of it here as copywrite restrictions apply. However - the file itself is free and downloadable - its just that they only stay on the website for a week. I now download and save each day as I don't always have time to read them - and as I might wish to look at later when no longer up there.
