Would be interesting to know identity of both buyer and seller. Perhaps statutory notices will reveal at least one, the other or both. Given no update from the Company it should be safe to assume trading is on track and they feel in no rush to hire a new CEO. After all they have a stable senior management team in place with Tony Toohey on hand if needed. My own feeling, for what it is worth, is that this was a forced seller (for what reason I have no idea but possibly related to current general market shakeout). Time will tell, but at least we only have to wait for a couple of weeks for a full update on current trading and CEO replacement.
