Kmart don’t have a team of designers creating new designs all the time. Step One have these and there’s always something new. The designs become collectables which drive high customer loyalty and repeat purchasing behaviour. Many of their buyers are women buying for husband/partners. Women love designs. Kmart is all about price and they do a great job doing knock offs but not so good at refresh. Soon there’ll be something new and they’ll just cut off the range.
