Plenty of 'tech' or 'fake tech' IPOs over the last two years have failed big time.
BEX, MKL, ABY, ART just to name a few and lets not forget all the BNPL firms with totally unsustainable business models that flooded onto the ASX hype train
The brokers did well to unload these stocks onto mug punters at crazy valuations. If you look at some of these IPOs its the same pre-IPO funds involved Bomboragroup, Ellerston-Pre-IPO and Wunala Capital they recorded 20-30% ARR on some funds.
