Just thought I would give you guys some anecdotal evidence from the Geelong market as someone who operates a small self storage facility 20 minutes away. The prices that Storage King and National Storage are getting for their larger units here are extraordinary (6X3 metre units for over $400 a month and 8x3 for $550). They are almost fully booked out at these prices and I can tell you first hand that the margins would be very high at those prices. We're finding people driving from Geelong driving out to us for the more economical prices.
