Yep..this one does look good Mike. IMO they will have the administrators close up quite a few centres over the next 12 months, but hopefully they will manage this well with new operators coming on board. The only reason why 40% of the centres were not profitable was because parents were leaving ABC in droves.
I know as I was one of them. I dont care what anyone says, management really didnt care for the kids.
Now back to being less emotional! The worse case does nearly appear to be priced in. Though the gearing scares me still at 57% on my calculations.
