    The penant formed in the MXR chart is VERY clear!

    The breakout actually started Friday, with Friday's candle taking out the lows of the previous 4 days.

    Today confirms the breakout ... it now needs the rest of the market to wake up!

    Otherwise it looks like it is off & running to me
