AFD,
Refer page 23 of presentation on 15/11.
Forecast exploration of circa $10 million per year or 2.5 million per qtr - much lower that the $6 million last qtr.
If they produce 10 thousand ounces at a $700 margin per onces (1600 less 900 cost) I would estimate a $7 million op cashflow less $2.5 million for exploration and $1 millon for admin.
Should leave $3.5 million per quarter.
By June I would hope that would increase cash to $56 million - $44 million plus $6 million for the sale of gold reserves from last qtr (17,000 ounces produced less 13,000 sold - 4000 x 1500) plus $7 million (for two quarters)
So in my view no reason why cash can't increase- given goldstone did a cap raising in Nov I don't think they will want any more cash in the next six months.
Cheers
