    No takeover occuring if Galp /Tangiers do not strike OIL.
    But if yes the oil is there, then at least TPT can start thinking BIG with some of the assets it can get into from JKA.

    But nothing stopping GALP taking over TPT and JKA if OIL is big in the Morocco carbonates.
