If JKA were able to decide on the T/O offer after the drill is sunk, then that's ludicrous. That would be like having a pack of unopened collectible cards and a buyer is willing to pay you $500 for the cards if they're good but if not you get nothing... Where if the cards were good, they'd be worth $10k not $500!!

JKA holders will need to decide before the drill goes down or there's no reason to make a T/O offer in the first place. The only drill they will get results on are surrounding drills like the one next door at Cap Juby. If successful, it essentially derisks the TPT acreage even further.
