Hi Stump, Yes its only about the adverse perception of debt they are just being cautious and waiting until later this year especially when Oil should be over $60 per barrel.
As ex yank stated Wes is on the move outperforming most blue chips. And that is because there is a lot of confidence in the Board and the Management. Only a matter of time now everything is on track. We have all that diversity and retail alone Wes is the Wal-Mart of Australia now.
