Perhaps he wasn't capable enough to raise sufficient funds to keep the companies afloat?
The exact same concerns I have about AEB with their lack of cash.
I note from history that AEB struggled to get sufficient funds to float in the first place, such that they extended and extended the listing date by issuing SEVEN supplementary prospectuses.
