"See if you can find out who the original fabricater was and see if they have structual plans."
The original fabricater was MS Mcleod, they don't exist anymore, this type of frame went out of fashion when portal frames came in, still a good frame though. The site plan is easy to do, I used to be a subcontractor building these things for years so I have no problem doing every thing, other the engineering reports, they must sill exist somewhere.
