I saw one post today: "we aleady know the proposal was 75m at 25c...". Is that announced? (I am asking because I do not know, not to be a smart alec of any kind).

Apologies for asking a dumb question - but I do not know whether the position on any capital raising is: "set, pending any rival bid" or "still being considered".

In an earlier post, I mused that I would expect any raising to be at 25c given the closing price at the trading halt. That was my guess based solely on the general rule of thumb that you don't (successfully) raise at a premium to the close. Since then, that 25c number has come up in a few posts. If DML must raise capital, 25c sounds practical to me. However, I would be mighty annoyed if the Board has decided that DML needs $75m and hits shareholders up with a 3 for 5 issue at 25c. It was only a month ago the company announced "a significant improvement in working capital" via an agreed debt restructure and what read like advanced plans for further debt financing. (See the 26/3 market announcement).

Anyway, if anyone knows whether there is an announcement that I have missed - or - whether everyone is still guessing on the extent of any raising, I'd like to know.

    Thanks all.
