Thanks mate. It is an interesting topic (for me at least!!), so that was why i was keen to spell out a couple of issues. With any luck the legislative changes Krudd's gang is looking to introduce will not have too much affect on the current minor's tax framework. time will tell i guess.

Im very glad you brought it up and hopefully it is useful, or at least thought provoking investors in a similar situation to myself.

p.s. i think IFE will keep ticking along nicely. Not sure if people have noticed, but TRF has a new substantial holder on the register. A great sign IMO.
