The only thing booming about the Aussie economy is the political rhetoric. Some sectors are doing well no doubt, but as I said on another post you can't milk one cow to replace a whole herd. Others have also postulated about where aus would be if china's economy has a major cold. I just feel that since spare cash is drying up, small investors have less to place into the market. The major institutions are probably in a cautious wait and see mode as well, and who can blame them. There has been enough mistakes made by some big investors when times where good, how their game plan must have changed in now more stringent times. Be lucky
