struggling

spoke to a a1 employee who told me that two of the shift bosses have only six months time on a processing plant and the super a little more so that tells you alot.the mill was down for weeks due to wearing out the mill shell on the feed end so things havent changed.no frontline management is trouble as you cannot manage from the office with no expirence on the floor.apparently alpha is a mess surprise i think not they need to stop and prove some dirt up but if they do they will not start again.SNOOKERED unless they get a investor with good coin.
