Thanks Rebel, sounds mostly a plant problem then with poor decision making and grade control. I heard the Chief Geo left recently and if you do not keep on top of GC in these types of deposits then your production recovery can be very adversley affected. Still potential in the ground for A1 but it needs a major rethink on a number of fronts including proper assessments of the projects and better PR in keeping shareholders ( and potential shareholders ) informed of developments. I would have expected major problems encountered by the operation to be reported to the ASX.
