1. Scott Jordan didn't stop the mining, even by his own admission.
2. The low iron ore price and the high aussie dollar postponed Riley.
3. There has never been a stop work injunction issued against Riley since it was first approved last year.
4. Once the court action has been resolved, Riley will be mined whenever management think the timing is right.
5. Since the approvals for Mt. Lindsay are some time away, there is no logical reason to mine the iron ore now, especially given the poor profits mining now would generate, compared to the higher profits to be had in the medium term (iron ore is projected to be return to circa $100 and aussie dollar is projected to fall to sub .90).
