Can I ask two questions folks. The benefits of a mentor has come up often here, and in books, podcasts etc. How does one go about finding a mentor? I’m at that juncture where I’m ready. Happy to take this offline via email (dan dot newlan at g mail) otherwise would appreciate some suggested starting points. Even one of you good people would be welcome!
Second question relates to pilot entries. What percentage of your trade do you use as a general rule of thumb for a pilot entry?
