Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 11th Jul 2014 (No. 123)

Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided as I do not have the time to research all the facts that have been provided. Best of Luck.!

    LTX - Shell Company? [9/07/2014]
6 million shares on issue MC about $1.6M cash $1.2Mthis is the little junior which I have been buying recently on a hunch that it is soon about to reinvent itself into another field ,I saw it as an attractive shell which might perform in a similar manner to BFE after its recent reinvention or similar to RVR after it's recent management changes. LTX is currently in a TH as of this morning and I expect that if the acquisition is in the IT sphere or something else worthwhile it will gain the attention of the market . I am confident that news of the acquisition will see it rise more than 25% and the raising may be at a premium to it's current share price

ERM - Copper Gold explorer [9/07/2014]
Market cap = 12.7 million, Shares on issue = 376million, Cash and Cash equ = almost 6 million (2 cents cash backing)Top 4 holding 70%, plenty of skin in the game. JV with ASX listed Evolution (EVN) whose market is well above 500million... EVN is quite aggressive in their nature. JV is a landmark deal which is worth 28 million. However, they need to spend at least 7.5 million and they can not back from the project until that spending happens, Out of 28 million they need to spend 15 million to get 65%. Drilling started already, 2500 diamond drilling along with RC drilling to test the high grade of gold-copper targets. EVN has provided 1.87 million cash to ERm yesterday as part of JVdeal. Now what is the most exciting thing for me that the project is far undervalued even without JV deal...Current Chariot Gold Resource of 170,000 at 17.4g/t gold.... Look at the grades people, very high indeed... not many gold explorers with this sort of proven grades and resource...On top of this, Elrado Deep mine has produced some 122000 ounces of gold with the same high grades...refer to the last quarterly page 23 to be amazed... Gold equ ounces =900,000 ounces copper tonnage with grades as high as 2.5% copper and 1.84% copper.

Reminds me a bit of BMG at 0.3c-0.4c before it went for its big run to 1c on news of drilling its Cypress Base Metal project Of further interest is the fact that directors and major shareholder CPS Capital have been loading up on market you know what they say people sell for many reasons but they only ever buy for one to make money Strategy Castillo Copper is a copper exploration company focused on Chile, the world’s leading copper producer; Chile remains prospective for the discovery of medium to large high grade deposits; Strategy involves discovery to drive value; Implementation leverages off a long and successful history of operating in Chile. To that end, the Company has secured a portfolio of copper projects for exploration and development: Rio Rocin: a porphyry copper project in the Central Porphyry Copper belt of Chile – targeting high grade supergene copper. TME - NZ's version of eBay [8/07/2014]
Seek and Domain combined in one with a few other online sites (dating etc). Today released a jobs report that shows job listings in NZ are up 19% on 12 months ago - meaning results for the job listings site should be strong. Currently bouncing off 12 month lows, follows some disquiet amongst real estate agents around a new listing fee structure. Long term, the structure is a money spinner for TME and the real estate site is the number 1 online real estate website in NZ, so agents will have little option to fall into line if they are to act in their clients best interests. Traded at around $3.80 only a few weeks back and seems to be ready to bounce. Significant expenditure has been made over the last 12 months around marketing which is expected to produce string growth moving forward. June 30 results are to be released which will be enlightening, paying a nice dividend also at around 5%

DTR - Base Metals Fiji [3/07/2014]
MC of $735,60061.3 million shares; 8 million unlisted options; 50.47% capital held by Directors/Management Previously known as Conto Resources Limited (CNO) with an exploration project in WA (Lone Wolf ) and a project in Fiji (UduPolymetallic Project). DTE is stating that it’s trying to divest the former; but the latter is what has me interested – many of you remember this as that “black smoker” stock – pretty shallow VMS massive sulphide mineralization returning a hit of 63.8% zinc. Also had a couple of good drill holes of “equivalents” – copper was the best by far, but silver not so bad. Udu apparently “contains an Inferred Resource of 4.5 million tonnes at 1.2% Cu, 3.9% Zn, 29g/t Ag & 0.3g/t Au in accordance with JORC 2004 Guidelines.” Obviously in need of an updated JORC at some point – but its current trading price, punters are rightly valuing that JORC at $0.On the zinc hits alone DTE (CNO at the time) moved over 20cents very quickly. It was good value at circa 8-9 cents. At below 3 cents it should have turned into a fire sale with everyone heading for the hills. Current price is woeful, but suspect we are at the cusp of a turn. Has another aspect to it that Nobody sees – will unfold around DTE in the near term, which could create a foundation for this to move up from. I bet is this will lead the rerate up, and with little downside risk at these low levels already coupled with the longish play I’m looking for here, my only problem with DTE is that it’s currently highly illiquid.

Commencement of Human trials for oral treatment of osteoporosis with CaPTHymone™ has been confirmed today( JUL02/14 ) and the trials are only three months long. They are not trialling a drug - the drug already exists and is being sold - they are trialling the delivery method. I don't know about you but if i was one of millions of sufferers world wide who had to inject myself every day for my osteoporosis and someone came out with a simple oral dose ( hmmm STRAWBERRY flavour please ! ) ...i would be into it like a fat kid on cake. Bone are to release trial results of one of it's other projects- BN006 - some time over the next 6 weeks ;Sales of the three leading anti-TNF products approached $25 billion in 2011, yet the entire class is limited by immuno-suppressive side effects and the lack of an orally delivered formulationBN006 utilizes Bone's novel peptide discovery technology; it incorporates a selective down regulation of TNF, that has the promise of reducing immunosuppressive side effects, together with down regulation of IL-6, a target of many next-generation drugs in the industry pipelineBN006 may also have the potential for oral administration. MC = $4.5M , cash about $500kThe new management have seen this junior rise from .7c to 5.8c over the last few months ,a remarkable effort I think. The group who have taken over this shell seem to be holding tight and the new management have plenty of skin in the game.( directors each holding about 10% of issued shares). On that basis I am going to take a punt ... I reckon if they have lined up an acquisition they think has merit it is going to be a good one. This compares to an EV/Rev of a little less than 1 for COM. Then when you look by industry segment you’ll find that Workforce Management trades on the highest multiples, around 11x currently. In other words if COM was trading in the U

BUR - Oil /gas in Colarado County, Texas, [30/06/2014]
MCap~$7.1m Cash on hand ~$1.7m No debt. Financial Analysis - BUR has 5 producing wells on their Colorado leases. The price chart has been steady waiting for the drilling of the Truchard #3 (Golla #1 name not accepted) which is likely to start shortly as the pad will be completed on 3rd July. There is potentially a lot of upside from a successful well as they are targeting a field 'sweet spot' and trying to emulate the success of other players in the County. This is a vertical well and even a modest find will see the company well positioned for the beginning of the next Financial year according to the latest announcement. But wait there is more; two recent independent experts have reported that the Heintschel field can be developed profitably. The detail of these reports has not yet been released, but I expect this to be a catalyst for further share price movement when the information comes out as the Board have stated they, "have a high degree of confidence the field can be farmed-out or sold in its entirety, ultimately releasing value for Burleson Shareholders". At the time of commissioning the Truchard #2H horizontal well, the estimated cash flows were $53 million over the life of the well and the well cost came in around $7 million. So for a field that needs 12-15 wells to develop it to its potential they are possibly looking at as much as $600 million in cash flow. How much would a third party pay for that cash-flow is something you will need to work out for yourself. Although I promised I wouldn't be buying anymore Burleson, I relented last week and topped up again, just before the most recent news came out. As I see it, there are two near term catalysts that can drive the share price. 1. Planned drilling of the next well2. Details of commercial development of the Heintschel field leading to divestment or farm in

YOW - Chocolate maker in Aust and getting distribution set up in USA (then onto Europe...) [4/07/2014]
Cash as at 31/3/14 = $11.5 million SOI 94,000,000Options (about) 61 million). Had a great run into USA setup last year where we enjoyed the sweet success trading off a chocolate when biotechs were the flavour. Has since dropped back and bounced of the 61.8% fib level. A higher low. A couple of positive volume spikes over last couple of weeks.

DTR - Base Metals Fiji [3/07/2014]
All TA signals are bearish – it’s an argument by default, as there’s nothing to gauge from the TA because there’s been no trading and no volume for such a long time. I’ve always wondered how the word “sleeper” is defined. Maybe this is it, or at least fits in the official school of thought that defines a “sleeper”… Time will tell.
