which reminds me of the other point i meant to make re freeholds millionaire count - someone might make $1 million clear profit on a stock trade that increases their portfolio to say $1.2million - doesnt make them a millionaire if they have $300k in unsecured debt
why would you have $300k in unsecured debt if you have 200k in stocks ?
why wouldnt you if you can make a bigger 5 profits in stocks than the interest charge on the debt
esp considering that when debts go to debt collector stage there is zero interest
