Shortening the stocks, and then a few days later issuing notices of becoming substantial holders. Repeating the same scenario time and again. Remember walking down the main business district in Zurich a few years ago and wondering just how much money, precious at works, jewels lay beneath my feet which was obtained illegally and hadn't seen the light of day for decades.
