Looks like it needs to set a higher low which could be as early as tomorrow pm ... Volume fairly consistent and difficult to read so far with increased buying on the dips... recent break up volume is light also ... may be a bit underdone for a rally at this point ... if the line on the chart is a trend line you would need to cross it with significant uptick in volume it to be significant
