That looks more like a technical bounce to my eyes. The price is sitting on the 90 day MA right now. The volume has not increased much on the move. Unless the FA has recently changed the price action looks like a consolidation rather than a move higher .... that's how I read the tea leaves. [I don't follow KAR and don't know much about it, so my comments are just based on what I think I see in the chart]
