Yesterday was my monthly book group meet. I'd missed a few months due to travel and mismatched dates. One of the members was brought by her husband. Last time I saw her, she was still walking etc, and yesterday in a wheelchair, just skin and bone. My heart sank, and I had to go outside to compose myself. Life can be a bitch at times. None of us knows what awaits us around the corner. Life is for living, enjoy every day. Experiences are far more important than things. Yesterday is but a memory, tomorrow but a dream, the only thing that is real is the here and now.
