Happy weekend All, I'm lurking in the shadows still. No trades still but I have new lease on life. Been very hectic the last few months.
Good things come to those that wait they say. New love, new job, and some progress getting rid of the ex despite her attempts to make it difficult.
I can confirm the rental market is ridiculous from a price point at least. I now pay more in rent than I have on any of my 3 previous mortgages. Temporary for me at least but I feel for others less fortunate.
I have focussed on myself and having a good attitude / mental health. This song has been a staple to aid that process.
