I think you'll find the reason the topic of multiple stock exchanges isn't heavily discussed on the ARR forum is because most posters, myself included, simply don't know the answer.
Donald let slip this week that the NASDAQ listing is on the back burner until rare earths prices start recovering (combining this comment with a little jab about previous management).
FWIW I think fair value of ARR at present should be around $500m and not $70m, and any takeover bid by MP, Lynas, Rio etc that's under $1bn should be kicked down the road. Not sure what's going to happen today / this week ... interesting times.
