I think it sounds like a beautiful idea. I'm with the consensus - you knew her best and your livest together best. Whatever way you choose to remember and celebrate is what is best for you. It's a day to be shared between you and your beautiful wife. The fact that your presence is physical and hers is spiritual is irrelevant. You can still share the day as if she were there because in some way she will always be with you.
