Been watching FBR for some time. Was waiting for it to fall back to 2c when it was at 2.5c a couple of weeks ago and churning with a decent amount of volume.
Your FA is good, but their cash position is very poor. They released their quarterly last week - they have 4M in cash remaining. I'd say a placement or a CR is fairly likely.
