A long slide down from dizzy heights for PPK. A judge awarded the plaintiff (inventor or co-inventor of NNBT) damages, but the damages subsequently awarded were a pittance of what the plaintiff could possibly argue for.
I would be careful, as the plaintiff may likely appeal the judgement, which may lead to a dramatic drop in SP.
