MINOIL Directors....good, the bad, the uglyBrokers/capital advisors….(should be approached carefully and maturely in order to avoid issues such as libel, slander etc )
KLUEA topic I'd like to learn more on is the ways a Director takes money from a company outside of their Director fees and how that gets reported. I.e consultancy fees, company credit cards, related party dealings etc etc. One story I remember was a Director buying a used Excavator and selling it to the company for double what he bought it for.
