My week in review. As always, these are some stocks that caught my attention with their announcements. Some are good stocks for the watchlist and some are just interesting. At this time of the year, there are so many drilling results, way too many to cover. Must admit, I'm looking forward to July and reporting but by the end of July, I will be glad it's over!

ICE - iCetana - I posted about this company on Tuesday. Announced a partnership with SoftBank robotics. They are also a strategic partner, with a holding of 17.6% in ICE. There were 4 agreements, including one which will give ICE $693k annual recurring revenue. Total value of the agreements is $3.6m. ICE do AI software for large surveillance systems. They are running at a loss and this doesn't look like it will change, even with this partnership. Market cap $17.96m. SOI around 438m. SP 4.1c. Has been on a long term downtrend, although largely trading sideways in a range over the last year. Has broken out of that ST range now. Had a great day on Friday. SoftBank is a great name to drop. Interesting but not a stock for me.

LEX - Lefroy Exploration - gold company, announced first milling agreement on Tuesday. It's a step to production. MC $27.3m. SOI around 248m. SP 11c. Long term chart isn't great with a downtrend. Once again, it's been trading sideways in a range over the last year. Broke out of that range in early June with good drill results. It appeals to me because it is moving toward production and therefore, hopefully, profitability. One for the watchlist.

AQD - announced on Tuesday that they had completed drilling with 42 holes at Balladonia. They expect the results by the end of June. It's a base metals explorer. Market cap $77.8m. SOI 1.39B. SP 5.6c. Long term chart is largely sideways, in a range. Broke out in January when they announced good copper results from Cangallo and has been trading largely within a higher range for the last 5 months. This week, they have also announced that they are commencing stage 2 drilling at Cangallo with initial results expected in 6-8 weeks. Also started drilling at Morrisey and expects results there 6-8 weeks after the completion of drilling. Don't know enough about the different tenements and need to do more research. Just sounds interesting with results due. In particular, Cangallo was responsible for the previous break out, so starting drilling there and near term results should keep the interest up. One for more research as well as the watchlist.

SNT - Syntara - announced FDA fast track designation for their blood cancer treatments. Market cap $108m. SOI 1.62B. SP 6.7c. Chart is not bad, not good, just a chart. Nice story. Fast track is always good. Perhaps one to watch.
Also announced interim positive results on Friday for Phase 2 myelofibrosis trial.

AGN - Argenica - FDA said they need more information. Not a denial, just a delay. Sounds like they tried to take a shortcut and it didn't work. Company is working to reduce brain tissue death after strokes. Bit of a nothing story. Just needs to go through the proper process, no shortcuts. MC $89.66M. SOI 128M. SP 7c. Nice story. Not a stock for me. FDA is anal about their processes and they need to be respected. Might be ok, so might be worth watching on the periphery. Not sure.

BTM - Breakthrough Minerals - announced completion of a transformational gold acquisition in the Murchison region WA and completion of the CR at 7.4c. Market cap $9.28m. SOI 68.77m. SP 13.5c. SP rose on the initial purchase announcement at the end of March, then dropped back before starting a new uptrend around mid May. Looks like they had a consolidation late last year. Long term chart is terrible. ST chart has some promise. May or may not be one to watch.

ZIP - ZIP Co - had a guidance upgrade on Wed. SP jumped on the announcement and then was just fairly flat. These are great announcements but you have to get in before the announcement so need to know the stock. MC $3.46B. SOI 1.29B. SP $2.67. Not a stock that I'm interested in but many others are.

RAD - radiopharm theranostics - also was granted FDA fast track for their metastases imaging on Wed. Market yawned. MC $60.68M. SOI 2.33B. SP 2.6c. Chart of no interest to me.

RML - Resolution Minerals - announced acquisition of drill ready antimony/gold/tungsten project. Market liked the news. Then it was backed up with Next Investors adding the stock to its portfolio which put a rocket under the SP. Chart was going nowhere for years. They had a share consolidation at the end of the last year which makes the longer term chart a bit messy. Market Cap $18.4m. SOI 525.9m. SP 3.5c. Looks like they might have reinvented themselves successfully. One to watch once the dust settles.

CLV - Clover Corp - announced NPAT earnings upgrade on Thursday. Market loved it. They specialise in "good value nutritional oils for infant formula, medical foods and functional foods". MC$84.33m. SOI 167m. SP 50.5c. For more details see @roberter1's post above.

BXN - Bioxyne - also announced earnings and revenue were up. SP jumped on the announcement but has been sliding back since. BXN is a consumer health and pharmaceutical company. MC $58.4M. SOI 2.16B. SP 2.7c. Chart was in a nice uptrend last year but is really just going sideways now. Not inspiring at the moment.

SVL - Silver Mines - on Thursday announced the acquisition of a silver/gold project in California. Chart is uninspiring but has been moving up lately, probably more due to the rise in silver prices than anything else. MC $222.47m. SOI 1.78B. SP 12.5c. Not a stock for me, but I will keep it on the watchlist to see how this acquisition goes.

MPR - MPower Group - announced the sale of its core asset, a renewable energy platform, for $19m. This will leave them with a cash surplus of $3.8m post transaction. This is the sale of its core business. They will look at their options after everything is done, which might include winding up the company, returning capital, purchasing a new business or a combination. So effectively a potential shell. One to possibly watch to see if they do reinvent themselves and what form that might take.

ILA - Island Pharma - announced successful Phase 2 trial for anti-dengue. I thought it was a positive announcement but the market was unimpressed. SP down on the day. Chart is largely doing nothing. MC 43.68M. SOI 236m. SP 18.5c.

EVR - EV resources - after announcing the sale of an asset in early June, they have announced that they are acquiring an antimony project in Mexico. Chart is still going sideways. MC 11.92M. SOI 1.99B. SP 0.6c. Antimony is doing well at the moment so this might be one to watch. Or not. Dunno.

NMG - New Murchison Gold - announced more great drill results. Good grades and fairly shallow. Has had a few good drill results over the last month or so. The 5 year chart makes the last year look good. Nice uptrend over the last year. Quite solid. A bit range-bound at the moment. MC $187.17m. SOI 9.85B. SP 1.9c. Another for the watchlist.

CBL - Control Bionics - medical device company assisting patients whose ability to communicate is compromised by illnesses such as MND and ALS. They provided an update. Revenue is on track. US sales growth is accelerating. 2025 is their strongest revenue year. Still cashflow negative but improving. MC $9.13m. SOI 294.6m. SP 3.1c. Chart is a shocker. Possibly a nice story but nothing to see here.
