Hybrids the way to go until renewables reach baseload the boys in the garage reckon.

Maybe have some kind of tech similiar to the F1 ERS systems to charge battery thru the cars constant deceleration, when battery recharges, automatically switches to battery power, car becomes self-perpetuating to an extent thru it's motion and harvesting of kinetic energy, no need to go anyway near a charger.

NFI if possible, might already exist, BH wants an EV as all her leftie woke PC canberra fembot mates drive them but her Sydney monkeybox has no charging facilities. She whines about it constantly but being a bit of a 'karen' and therefore feeling no pain coming off the back of a good whinge EV's could already be fulfilling a basic need in her life.

Au all the go, reinforces the value of transaction size and certainty of outcome. High certainty of outcome not a common commodity on the bourse, only happens 3 or 4 times a year for the garage and you have to exploit so you don't have to go into 'chasing shadows' mode to make a good annual ROI.

EVN brilliant FY report, didn't hold at the time but market irrationally gave me another chance, USD under pressure from benign inflation and rise of BRICS skullduggery. Only hold 2 goldies EVN & BGL (BGL doing me no favours) but weighting to EVN.

Anyway have not sold a share so only green paper atm and you know what they say about the transitory nature of colours on the bourse

If the market becomes convinvced the Au trend is here to stay the goldie I don't hold but will probably enter is GOR, GOR operationally going ok and metrics it is producing satisfactory (just) but if Au trends here to stay market will rerate unmined tier 1 deposits, GOR holds 20% ish of DEG. The 1st tier ones to be rerated will be in stable low sovereign risk locations like OZ. the sandgropers been beating the secession drums for a while now on financial grounds but don't think the world's capital markets understand the groper mindset and just assume WA will always be part of OZ.
