Last year whilst in Thailand on Koh Lanta and Krabi saw most scooters and bikes were electric. Don't know V, I am just well aware the control that China is exercising on so many commodities. A few years ago, they did the same thing with iron ore. In the end didn't go down to well for their attempt at manipulation. At my local library there are 3 designated parking spots for charging Ev's. It's only a small library in a middle-class suburb. I can only go by what I observe, not what I read, most times the author has their own agenda.
