Didn't they do a TV show on that trip, am sure that I sat and watched it. Looked amazing. On my Alaskan cruise, whilst most were amusing themselves drinking, gambling etc, I was up on the top deck admiring the breath-taking scenery day after day. At one of the ports of call went into the local op-shop hoping to find something old and interesting from the area. Instead ended up speaking to a marine biologist who had been there for about 5 years who informed me that nearly half the population of this very small port were scientist from all over the world studying different areas of the eco system. Fascinating person, I learnt so much. I've learnt more about art, music, history, geography, architecture, the ecosystem, customs and human behaviour from my travels than I have from any other medium.
So far the market has been very kind to me, am a very grateful individual.
