Just my usual weekly review of announcements that caught my eye during the week. More for potential contenders for watchlists or additional research than anything else.

NMG - New Murchison Gold - decent gold grades at or near surface. Market cap around $147.7m. Shares on issue around 9.8B. Chart has been in a slow uptrend over the last year but more going sideways at the moment. Market wasn't as impresses with the announcement as I was.

AVH - Avita Medical. I posted on them last weekend. Share price is going through the basement. Very bad week. Looking at the chart, I'm watching to see if support kicks in at around $1.90/$1.95 or if we will see it at around $1.45/$1.55 again. Watching closely for an entry.

VR1 - Vection Tech - they do lots of techy stuff like virtual reality, 3D modelling, AI and lots more. Market cap $31m. Shares on issue around 1.7B. They secured a new contract with $0.5m annual recurring revenue. Looking at their last quarterly, they were operating cashflow positive and even paid down some debt. Nice. Metrics seemed pretty good. They seem to be winning lots of small contracts, which all add up. Chart had been on a downtrend but is turning up. Seems appealing to me. Definitely on my watchlist.

IMM- Immutep - nice results from lung cancer trial. Market cap $445m. Has been on an uptrend since mid April, although largely trading within a range of the last year. Interesting but didn't get a spot on my watchlist.

FFM - Firefly Metals - nice drill results. Looks to be in a ST uptrend although over the last 3 years, it has been largely trading sideways. Market cap around $540m. Around 574m SOI.

WA1 - WA1 Resources - nice drill results. Market cap around $906m. SOI around67m. Market reacted well on the day but this is currently on a downtrend.

ATX - Phase 1B/2A trial results show better than chemo alone for pancreatic cancer. SP jumped on the news but it is trending down as traders exit. Watching to see where it settles. Market cap $25m. More impressed with what they do, than anything else. I don't think success rates are good for pancreatic cancer.

GNC - Graincorp - good results. SP was up around 10% on the day. Market cap $1.7B. SOI 221m. Good to see the mid caps turning in decent results. Largely trading in a range for the last 5 years. Not really of interest beyond appreciating that many bigger companies are delivering decent results.

CCG - Comms Group - communications and IT services provider - announced acquisition of Tas Net from FSG who are under admin. Seems a decent acquisition. They are doing a CR at 5c which is holding the SP back. Market cap around $22.6m. SOI around 390m. They announced record revenue in March. I think they are operating cash flow positive. I'm not an accountant so will need to do more research but this is a really interesting company. They paid the smallest imaginable dividend but it is still a dividend. Could be a bargain if it can be picked up around the CR price. Hmmm. Definitely one for the watchlist and merits more research.

ESK - Etherstack - wireless tech - announced record revenue. Market liked the announcement MC around$42.2m. SOI around 132m. Nice reaction to the result. Looking at their last results, they have had seven consecutive years of positive operating cashflows. Uninspiring chart over the long term.

MM1 - Midas Minerals - announced transformation acquisition of a high grade copper project in Namibia. Still halted for a CR. Market cap $19m. SOI around 124m. Could be one to watch once the dust settles post CR.

So out of that bunch, I'm most interested in VR1 and CCG, also looking for an opportunity in AVH when it finally finds a bottom and will be watching NMG and MM1 with interest.

As always, there would have been many other great announcements, these are just the ones that caught my attention.
