Thats just what happens my dude. Whether you like it or not, you got partial filled so commsec still had to push the order through to the ASX and receive the shares for you = cost them money. Not commsec's fault you got partial filled.
have to remember that brokerage is tax write-off anyway for both traders and investors, so does it matter that much? just leave your order there and get free brokerage on when it gets filled.
